Grace and peace to you! I'm Antoinette McKie, an ordained minister, consultant, and virtual assistant with a mission to encourage, educate, and empower individuals, families, and communities.

For over thirty years, God has blessed me with the opportunity to walk alongside people from all walks of life, guiding them through seasons of growth, healing, and transformation. With a heart for the next generation and a passion for strengthening families, my work is rooted in the belief that every person is fearfully and wonderfully made, and that healing, restoration, and purpose are possible through faith and action.

I am your Marketplace Minister. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and an A.S. in Human Services, but my greatest education has come from obeying God’s call on my life. From directing youth ministries to leading parent workshops, creating healing spaces in schools, and coaching teens through life’s challenges, I consider it a privilege to pour into others what the Lord has poured into me.

As a Certified Life Coach (Parent & Teen Focus), Facilitator, and Restorative Practices Leader, I’ve supported hundreds of individuals and families helping them overcome life’s obstacles, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether I’m serving as a Climate & Culture Coordinator, mentoring young people, partnering with churches and schools, or creating faith-based programs for communities, my goal is always the same, to serve with love, lead with integrity, and point others to the hope we have in Christ.
